ABOUT NICOLE

Nicole Dana has been a real estate professional, specializing in luxury waterfront
condominiums since 2001. Proudly, her career took off once she joined The Galleria Collection of Fine Homes on the world famous Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale.

Her love of building client relationships and her innate interest in the production of high-rise buildings from plans to construction to completion has driven her to personally sell out over $50 million in condominiums from Ft. Lauderdale to Jacksonville.

Originally from Washington, DC, Nicole moved to sunny South Florida to study anthropology and French at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Her professional experience also includes working as an actress with The Folger Shakespeare Theatre in D.C. and working as a corporate sales executive for Nextel Communications.

Nicole is honored to work for American Land Ventures and she is proud to reside in Jacksonville, the city with a heart of gold.
